New TOREX XCL233 Buck Micro DC/DC Converter with VSET
Pre-Configured Output Voltages
The new Step-Down Micro DC/DC from TOREX is based on the XC9276 series and includes a VSET function that allows the selection of two pre-configured output voltages. The two voltages are defined at the time of ordering and can then be easily chosen by a high or low signal on a pin.

All these ICs need an extra coil which is already intergrated. The regulation is done by the PFM algorithm what offers great efficency at light loads on the output. Quiescent current is only 200nA. Only two capacitors are needed to build a complete converter.
Applications of Step-Down Micro DC/DC converter are smart meter, low power RF, sensor modules and many more.
