With MIE1W0505BGLVH MPS introduces an isolated, regulated, DC/DC power module. It supports applications with an input voltage of 3V to 5.5V (VIN) and an output power of up to 1W (VOUT) and features excellent load and line regulation.
Higher Reliability in Small Form Factor
The MIE1W0505BGLVH uses capacitive isolation technology for feedback blocking, which can regulate the output voltage (VOUT) without the need for a traditional optocoupler and shunt regulator. This module offers higher reliability in a small form factor compared to conventional isolation power modules. The MIE1W0505BGLVH features continuous short-circuit protection (SCP) and over-temperature protection (OTP) and is available in a small LGA-12 (4x5mm) package.
